Hello aspirant,

Yes, absolutely. Bachelor in Food Technology and Bachelor in Food Processing are not different to each other in case of the terms, but also in meanings.

Food Technology is the pinnacle course of food science that brings the focus on the production processes of making foods consisting of selection, preservation, processing, packaging, distribution, storage, usage of safe and clean food. The food technologists keep on researching in developing the nutritional value of the food and fields such as quality control, safety control, food nutrition are related to it.

Food Processing Engineering is the branch of engineering that deals with the unit process and operations on the manufacturing of food. The engineers help in designing and developing the latest machineries and systems for mass production of food so as to meet the needs of the customers. They are placed in machinery of food manufacturing units, food marketing units, process managing and control.

Hope, now you understood the difference and got your answer.
