If you have already passed class 12 examination last year and you have the mark sheet along with you then you need to fill it up in the details part of the requisite portion in the admission form of NEET UG but if you are a fresher and a given your boards this year and have not received your marksheet yet you do not need to fill it up and you will be provisionally selected if you fulfill the criteria of getting 50% in each of physics, chemistry and biology in your class 12 boards when the results come out which will make u compatible for the verification and counselling process after you qualify for the NEET UG examination
