For Physics, you must have heard about the author HC Verma. This book can clear every single physics concepts. It has number of examples. But if you want to stir things up, you can go for Irodov. This book has top notch problems which can really put your mind to work.
For Mathematics, I suggest you ML Khanna. I think of it as HC Verma of Math. This book also has tons of different problems and explainations. Also provides you a good bit of brain exercise.

You should at first follow ncert to clear your basic concepts then only try other books like HC VERMA,DC PANDEY for physics and RD SHARMA,ARIHANT MATHEMATICS for mathematics.
