Hello there,
With 597 marks, your All India Rank will be around 8000 to 9500 approximately. Since you are from the SC category, you have fair chances of getting a seat in AIIMS with this rank. Since this is the first year that AIIMS is taking admission through NEET, we cannot tell exactly whether you can get a seat or not. But with this marks, you can expect to get a seat in atleast some medium to lower AIIMS. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
