Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that you can check for the error showing while uploading 10th certificate as you cannot upload provisional certificate or migration certificate in lieu of original certificate. You can check the image size that you have scanned and the pixels, it should be matched with the format mentioned by GGSIPU.
