Yes, definitely you can fill scholarship but also it depends which scholarship are you referring to. If its by some college or institute then you can go for it. But, if its realted to JEE, then I am sorry to inform you that you will not be able to. I would suggest you to enquire from the scholarship organisers, that would be a better option.
