Yeah you can because inorder to write the JEE Advance you have to clear the JEE Mains that is the eligibility criteria for JEE Advance but inorder to get in the elite institutes like IIT and NIT'S your board percentage should be minimum of atleast 75% as well your rank should be under the eligibility criteria of that respective branch of that institute.

yeah you could go for IIT as the elligibility criteria is either of 25 percentile or 75 % at 60 percent you have decent chance for the first part
