Nope! As per the PHARMACY COUNCIL OF INDIA there is no such provision stating that a Pharmacist can open a clinic. To open a clinic you need to have studied a clinical subject like MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BAMS etc. This subjects authorizes you to open a clinic but with BPharm you can't.
