Hello,
The admission to institutes like NITs, IIITs and GFTIs occur through JoSAA counselling. In order for admission you should register with JoSAA. And also for the admission they prepare a rank list and your rank in the SC category rank list is considered for further proceedings. This might be a better rank than that of JEE's, I don't know specifically which college you may get, but I don't think you will get any top institutes. You have chances to get into any of the NIT available. For NITs, one advantage is that you can apply via Home State (HS) quota. Please consider JoSAA 2018 statistics for prediction.
