Yes, you need to fill your details like your name your father's name, your date of birth etc as per your class 10th certificate.

You don't need to worry even if there is mismatch in the name of your father on your Aadhaar Card and your 10th certificate

You can easily get your father's name corrected on your Aadhar Card by visiting nearby Aadhar card centre, they will verify you with the help of your biometric like finger print and then they will give you correction from ,there you need to mention your father's correct name and then submit it. And then within around  15 working days, your father's name will be changed and then you can download your updated Aadhar card with correct father name on UIDAI portal

Once the application form gets released you can fill it following the given below steps:-

*First of all visit the official website of neet i. e ntaneet . nic

*then you need to click on fill application form and then do the neet registration by filling details like your name, date of birth, mobile number, email id etc to generate your login credentials i. e registration number and password

*Now login using above generated registration number and password, then fill the application form,you need to fill details like your personal details,  your academic details you need to you choose the medium of your Neet question paper , select cities for your examination centre etc

*and after that you need to go for uploading your documents, you need to upload following documents

.                  -) your passport size photograph:- the  background of your photo should be white , preferably with your name and date of taking the photograph. It should be in JPG/JPEG format and its size should be within 10 kb to 200kb

.                    -) your postcard size picture:- the background of your postcard size picture should be white, preferably with your name and date of capturing photo. Its size should be 50 to 200 kb and in JPG/JPEG format . Its dimension should be 4 cm x 6 cm

.                     -) your Signature:- your signature should be in running hand writing  on white paper /Background with black pen. Its size should be within 4 to 30 kb and in JPG/JPEG format

.                       -) your left-hand thumb impression:- it should be with blue ink on white paper . Its size should be within 10 to 50 kb and in JPG/JPEG format. Also, Right Hand Thumb impression can be uploaded in case of non- availability of  left-hand thumb due to any eventuality

.                       -)class 10 passing certificate :- you should scan your Class X Passing Certificate for uploading. Its size should be within 100 to 400 kb and in JPG/JPEG format

*then pay the application fee

*And finally you should take the printout of confirmation page
