There is no good or bed about the marks. If you have scored more marks then you will have the choices of good colleges and if you hve obtained less marks then you have less number of choices where you have to for the private colleges also. And in which field of BE and where you want to get admission that also matters. Also for getting the admission into BE you have to clear the entrance exam based on your state if could not clear the GATE exam. Then after you have to go for the online counselling and choice filling round where you can get the college according to your merit rank. Here your percentage are average so you have less chnaces of getting the govt. colleges still it depends upon the performance in entrance exam. So I would suggest you to prepare well for the entrance exam and go for the counselling rounds. You can also predict the rank on career360s college pridictor application after getting the merit rank.
