Dear Mayank, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, your aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology is 51%. For being eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 10+2 and score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. So, with 51% irrespective of your Category, you are eligible for NEET 2020.
