As u say that ur rank is 34050 nd u r from UR category nd also from U.P so sorry to say it is difficult to get govt medical college bcoz cutt off will be go very high around 560+ of AIQ nd 540+ of U.P state quota.

UP NEET cutoff 2019 is considered your last rank to get admission to medical and dental colleges for the particular academic session. UP MBBS cutoff is also published for 15% All India Quota and 85% State Quota seats, separately.

If you have qualified the NEET entrance exam you will be eligible for admission to 3920 MBBS and 2251 BDS seats offered in government and private colleges of Uttar Pradesh. But as it is seen that your rank is too far from the number of seats available so it is quite difficult to get a government seat.

AIQ is out of reach. You may hope for State quota but then you have mentioned Up so it will again be difficult only.

You have less chances to get medical government seat in your state quota. You can try in private colleges based on your rank.
