Yes as per your State Merit Rank, you stand a good chance to get a government MBBS college in Madhya Pradesh. You won't get best of the colleges but you can surely get for other government medical colleges available in your state. GMC Khandwa and GMC Ratlam had cutoffs around 494 last year and might have around 500 this year. GMC Datia and GMC Vidisha will have cutoffs close to 510 this year.
