As per the cutoff of 2018, the last UR Candidate to get in through a Govt. Medical College had an AIR of 1,04,690 with a score of 368 in ESI Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Bangalore.

Following this trend, it seems you do have a chance of procuring a seat in any of the medical colleges of the state.
