sir my CML rank is 3808 and CAT rank is 547 in ST category will i get admission in birsa agriculture college??

As you belong to ST category and you have much more reservations in jharkhand.You have good chance that you'll get it.
You must go counselling process along with all your certificates like:
10 & 12 marksheet
10 & 12 admit card
Domicile certificate
Admit card
Rank card
JCECE admit card
Passport size photographs and Postcard size photographs.
