As your date of birth is 24th August 2003, before the year's over 2020 you will be 17 years old.Certainly you  can apply  for NEET 2020. Because according to CBSE rules a candidate applying for NEET should have at least 17 years of age.

As your year of birth is 2003(considering any month), by the end of the year 2020 you will be 17 years old.Yes, definitely u can appear for NEET 2020 because as per CBSE guidelines u should have completed 17years of age on or before 31December 2020. 

But the rules keep on changing so please be updated.

I am not sure but I think your age must be 17 before or on 1 jan of 2020. Or because as you know the application from start to fill in the December of this year so may be you will not able to fill the application form. Or if you are not able to fill application form than you can not give exam.

if you fall17 years as on December 31, 2019 then you can write the NEET 2019 while right now you seems to be 16 , hope you cannot write the NEET 2019
