- Once you’ve submitted your OUAT application, your date of birth is essentially fixed—unless the university specifically provides a correction window.
- For OUAT 2025, this correction window for Form A was available only up until April 24, 2025.
- If you didn’t utilize that period, unfortunately, you won’t be able to modify your date of birth online after the deadline.
