You know the cutoffs change every year so it is quite unpredictable. We would suggest you to use Neet College Predictor tool to know where you have good chances http://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer Now if we go through previous years' cutoffs, then the cutoff score for General category state quota candidates in Government Medical College, Aurangabad was 592 marks. For OBC Candidates it was 565. 511 for Scheduled Caste and 414 marks for ST Candidates of state quota. So it would be difficult to get GMC Aurangabad even if you have state quota in Maharashtra. However this is based on previous years' data and this year it might change. Check out this link http://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-maharashtra

Hi

You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am  assuming  you from general category

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 257 marks you cannot get into Government Medical College, Aurangabad

For example,
In neet 2019,  592 marks was the lowest marks required for general category to get a seat in  Government Medical College, Aurangabad   under Maharashtra State quota

Hello aspirant

With 257 score it is difficult to get medical  seat in any government college. For admission to Government medical college you will need Minimum 650 score. However you can try in private Medical Colleges .

It also depends upon cut off neet 2020 which depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam and previous year's cut off. For general category cut off neet as per previous year's tends is 50th percentile.
