Your score and marks are less.As per the previous year cutoffs you have very less chance of getting admission to the NITs.You can apply for state government Colleges.You should prefer to take a year drop for the preparations and improve the score.
Sorry to say but with this score you can't get any nit. You can only get state government universities like jadavpur ,Chandigarh etc.But chances of getting state government universities are also low for you.But you will surely get good private universities like lpu,bit,kit etc.
