Although it would be difficult for you to achieve a seat in computer science and engineering in iet lucknow which is best government college under upsee but you can get other branches in this college. Along with this you would easily get rest of the government college.

As per your rank yes you can get government college don't worry about it your rank is good you can get it easily but we don't sure about which branch you get but you definitely get government college or more detail you check last year cutoff of various government colleges.
