Hey Sailesh.
For admission in Jadavpur University the cut offs for various branches are different. In 2017 for the general category the highest cut off was a rank ( GMR) of 153 rfor the CSE branch and the lowest cut off was a rank of 3421 for the IT branch. The cut off for rest of the branches ranged among these. Considering this and your GMR you do not seem to have much chances.
