Sir my jee adv gen rank is 10821 and EWS rank is 1103 what is my chances in getting iits My Mains rank in EWS is 2903 which bits may I get?

Hi ,
Admission in BITS is through BITSAT not JEE MAIN , and your JEE ADV GEN rank is not so good but there are chances for getting iits but lower branches and bcoz of EWS I think you can make it to IITs easily.
