If possible you would get lower branches like civil mechanical, engineering in some new Nit like Sikkim, Nagaland,Manipur, Mizoram.

You should apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling and wait till last round of Csab counseling.
