Hope you are doing well. If you belong to categories other than GM, then you may have a chance to get a seat for IS in Vidyavardhaka College Of Engineering Mysore. But as concerned to getting SNQ quota seat, if you do not have competition or if there is no other person scoring a rank and percentage better than you and even has annual income less than you, then you may get SNQ quota seat in VVCE. Being a student of Vidyavardhaka College of engineering, I can say you that you may have at least 40% chances of getting SNQ quota seat. Hope for the best.
