There's grievance portal for students of IGNOU for various matter.You can raise a query regarding this either visiting the following website-

Or you can email your query mentioning details to ssc@ignou.ac.in (mailto:ssc@ignou.ac.in)

They're really attentive towards queries of students and you'll surely get a reply.

Hello there!

Greetings!

If your grades have not changed then it may mean that your marks have not changed significantly in order to change the grade . For example, in CGPA system for the score of 71-80 marks, the grade given is B1 , so if I consider that before revaluation your marks was 72 and after revaluation your marks became 78 but even then when I consider grade your grade will be B1 only.
