As of now, you'll have no problem once the documents have been verified and successfully submitted. But in order to avoid any further problem in future, I'll recommend you to get your mother's name rectified in one of the certificates either 10th or 12th as per correct details( you can take reference of the name as in Adhar card). You can apply for correction in name with respective board online or offline.
