Yes, you are eligible. You should have 50% in 10+2 with physics, chemistry, and mathematics (PCM) or physics, chemistry, and biology(PCB) and You 'll have to qualify NEET.

You can apply for B.pharma even by having PCM Stream

The Eligibility Criteria for pursuing B.pharma is as follows-

Student must have passed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biology. Students have to secure a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination.
