First of all congratulations to you for scoring such good marks in NEET exam. See the AIIMS seats are included in the NEET counselling this year. So it's a bit difficult to predict the cut offs required to get admission into AIIMS. Although with such good marks you will definitely get a good college, maybe even AIIMS.
