I am really very sorry to say but this rank will not give you a seat in government medical college especially if you belong to general category.
But with the score you can get a seat in private medical college under management quota.
However, nothing can be said with absolute certainty until the counselling procedure begin. Please wait patiently for the counselling procedures to begin.
