Ok soo being truthful you cannot get nit or even any other government funded institution... But i think you may get enrolled in some really good private colleges such as thapar University, NIRMA University, etc...

You will not get any good college through JEE mains and you cannot get the CSE branch with this much score in JEE mains. I will suggest you to take a drop and prepare well to get a good college. There is no possibility of other courses.
