For your JEE Paper 2 rank it's difficult to get admission in NITs or IIITs. The rank should be below 1000 to get admission in NITs. So try for private colleges which considers JEE Paper 2 rank for giving admission in their college.

Congratulations on getting such a good rank. I believe this rank can get you into NIT's and IIIT's of some lower ranking. It's not possible to get high ranking NIT's because they close at about 6000 rank. But you should register yourself for JOSAA counselling and take part till the next round. Maybe you'll get one of the good ranking NIT's. All the best!
