First of all congratulations for the rank you had secured. As per the previous years' trends in the cut-off, it can be said that you have secured decent marks. As most of the govt. colleges in Karnataka have a cut-off close to 10K, your mark might land you in a Govt. college. But, you can try for private colleges too.
