Withcategory rank 803, its not good enough to get seat in any of the AIIMS. As the last year 2018 cut off AIR was 14510 and category rank was 304 for SC and the college allocated was AIIMS Mangalagiri with same rank.

Note: As 6 new AIIMS are introduced this year, there can be some hope for you and merit list changes every year only on that basis the admission is done.

The AIIMS UG 2019 results were declared on 12th June, 2019. The qualifying percentile for SC category is 90.2036135. You have cleared the minimum cutoff and hence eligible for admission. Now, with 803 rank under SC category, you certainly have fair chances of getting admission in AIIMS specifically in the newer campuses. However, this prediction is made on the baisi of previous year cutoffs.
