To answer your question clearly please mention your rank not your category rank, home state for clear information as you may get into some home state NIT'S for sure with that category rank.
Do not worry you can get into NIT'S in eastern states like NIT Manipur, NIT Meghalaya, Silchar, Goa among many others.
