Check with the college as soon as possible. Generally there is always at least a 1 month window wherein a college allows you to revoke your admission to apply elsewhere. There is also a provision of fees deduction so if you have already paid your fees at CVR then you may not get the full fees back. Contact the admission department and discuss this with them.
