300 marks have little chances to fetch you a seat in a course like B.H.M.S in Telangana state. The cut off marks of a college depends upon the number of students expected to  apply ,as well as its overall ranking .

According to experts the cut off this year is going to increase which will be somewhat around 240+ for OBC and 120+ for OBC-PH.

With your marks ,you have good chances of getting a BHMS seat in Telangana .
