As per your NEET 2018 score the chances are less to get a seat under All India Quota seats but you might have the chance for the state quota seats in your state. You can check AP counselling procedure with the given below link.

Hello Mohan,

It looks like you have quite low chance to get admission in Govt Medical college outside AP through AIQ as you're from UR category. However you can opt for private medical colleges or can have a look at the following link for AP based colleges:
