According to the NEET 2021 Reservation Policy for PwD, The degree of disability should be checked or assessed as per the guidelines set by the Govt. Must hold a “Certificate of Disability”. Disability certificate should be made from the 12 designated centers by NTA. So, you need to show the PwD certificate made by any one of the designated centre.

I'm asking about Exam day because the certificate which is given in NEET brochure for PWD in that they asked about Rank which I will get after examination....
