Sir or mam by mistake i have chosen 'yes' instead of 'no' in customary dress code in neet 2019 form..will it cause any problem ???

First thing u can correct it when the forms will be out for correction .
And secondly that doesn't matter much just dress according to the Neet guidelines .
Dear,
For dress code it is very important that it has to according to what they have informed you in your admit card.
Moreover just stick to light coloured dress may be kurta which should either have no buttons or should be of small size..
