Sir or mam, I am physically handicapped (hearing impaired) with 65% disability, does I am applicable for neet and aiims exam ?

yes it should not really matter since you are not more than 50% visually handicapped and with the element you say you have you should be getting a seat in any government medical college under the pH quota and I really hope you do well in your exams and emerged as an example to many others who should learn from you who is fighting with your zeal despite your limitations

Hello,
Yes, Any person with 50% visual difficulty and other physical disability having a PH certificate from the Government Registered Medical Practitioner will be able to avil all the facilities provide for Physically Handicapped Students in NEET.
