As you are a PCM Student you are not eligible for NEET. you Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.

You are willing to give NEET , however you are a PCM student till class 12th , therefore you can't  give neet thus you aren't eligible for NEET under any circumstances since Biology is one of the must subject that a student needs to have in order to to eligible to give NEET, but if you had biology as a additional / optional subject in class 12th you can appear for NEET.

Sorry to say but, you are not eligible to write NEET examination after qualifying class 12th withPCM. To be eligible for NEET examination, you should complete 12th standard or an equivalent examination with 50% aggregate marks of Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects from a recognised board.
