hi shubham you should attend only NEET,NEET 2018 Examination is most likely to be held on 10th May (Thursday) 2018. NEET 2018 Application Form will be released in the month of January 2018.CBSE conducts NEET for admission across all medical colleges in india except aiims,and jipmer.The exam pattern is as follows:-

physics-45 questions each carrying 4 marks

chemistry-45 questions,each carrying 4 marks

and biology 90 questions each carrying 4 marks as well.hope this helps good luck

In 2017, NEET was made the only exam through which you can get into BAMS by the Ministry of Ayush (Government of India). 

For now, the only exam is NEET. Keep checking for updates in case a new notice is released.
