Your rank is quite low and you didn't mentioned your category also. Honestly speaking The government colleges of MP are not best they are ohkk  ,the government colleges offering chemical engineering are 

  • Sgsits Indore 
  • MITS Gwalior 
  • Ujjain Engineering college 
  • RGPV, Bhopal
