This covid situation most of the Central board like CBSE and ICSE is promoting students to the upper next class. The government is promoting their policy of promotion due to pandemic situation as the country is crossing the second wave of covid-19. This promotion is depend upon the education policy of the respective government. The government which doing this work of promotion has been  permeeting this   policy of education of the respective government.The government of your state is also concerned about the situation of education and will take a policy to promote the students in a perfect  and transparent way. Do not be disheartened. You can made request to the respective department with a mass petition of most of the government and private institutions all together through the department of districts education department to the state education department and the ministry of respective Government education ministry.
