Don't think like that .

For becoming a faculty you should get a master's degree from a reputed institution.

Incase you cleared gate do Mtech from top IIT or nit then you can either go for phd or jobs

If you are interested in becoming a faculty then even a BTech degree is sufficient provided you studied in IIT .
