Hello Aswin,

If you had cleared the institute name also then it would have been much better.

There are various colleges, NITs, IITs in India who are providing this course in their campus. For NIT and IIT you will have to give Jee mains. There is no croteria of marks prescribed for appearing in JEE mains but for getting admission in any NIT or IIT there is an eligibility criteria.

For admission to NITs, IIITs and CFTIs, candidates should secure minimum 75% marks (65% for SC/ST students) in the qualifying examination or must be in top 20 percentile in class 12th examination conducted by respective boards.

Other than this there are various private and government colleges providing this course in their campus and they do have different entrance exam and different eligibility criteria for it.

Some colleges ask for 60% and some for 55 %.

Choosing any NIT or IIT will be best and the criteria is given above.

Good luck.
