As far as both of them colleges are concerned,  Jaypee engineering college of noida is pretty good in terms of placement,  campus and infrastructure wheras graphic era is a new university and it's placement is not that good so Jaypee engineering college is better than Graphic era university.
As far as branches are concerned,  it depends on your interest,  Computer science has a better placement than ECE,  but at the end,  you should go with your interest.

If I have to choose one for you ,  I would choose ECE from Jaypee because it's a better college.

If you're not inclined towards any branch, then I would suggest you to go with JIIT Noida. Reason being that better overall placement than Graphic Era, better infrastructure. If you're really inclined towards CSE, then go with Graphic Era. It would offer you enough opportunities to excel in your career.

The both universities are good and have its own perks. The  Graphic era is deemed to be university and have high placement cell mainly in IT and CSE sectors. And Jaypee is also is tend be too be in not far off in the race of placement giving.But this iS  also for CSE not for ECE. So its comes up to you on which field you are interested in. So choose well and wishing you luck.

As per the students' reviews and some other social media review about college, Jaypee Noida ece is better than Graphic era Computer science engineering.Otherwise, you may try other private colleges also Lovely professional university is far better than Jayee Noida for CSE not for ECE.
