So here is the answer, in case of govt.medical colleges the 70%expenses of colleges are bearded by the government athourities and only 30% by the institution athourities itself.
But in case of deemed/private medical colleges the whole 100% expenses are fulfilled by the college itself for which they have to charge high fees from students to come-up with all the facilities like electricity,equipments,payments of faculties,taxes;etc; because for anyone running such a big institutions it's impossible to pay all the bills by there own pockets.
Thatswhy, we generally see that fees of private/deemed universities is very much high as compared to government universities.
