sir with 240 marks belongs to sc caste can i apply for dental course in govt. colleges .shall i apply in 1st round of neet counseling or 2nd round of counseling in which round there are chances for me to get seat

You should apply for counselling despite of the marks you get because you never know when there will be a vacancy and you might get lucky enough to get a seat.

It is compulsory for you to attend the 1st round of counselling which will be conducted either online or in person. If you decide not to attend any round of counselling, you will not be eligible for the next round.
